Tara is an outgoing and loving little girl who is diagnosed with Williams Syndrome. Like most children who have Williams Syndrome, Tara is very affectionate and has a happy smile which radiates from ear to ear. Tara likes to show her creative side through singing and dancing. She likes to watch cartoons, color and work on craft projects. She also enjoys helping out with chores around the house. Tara has a very social personality but can be impulsive at times. Tare would do well with a family that is structured, loving and patient. and whose members could provide consistent supervision and positive reinforcement. A home where Tara is the youngest or only child would be ideal for her. All families will be considered for Tara. She is legally free for adoption.
