This brother and sister is quite a pair. Meet TERRANCE (8/94) and TIARA (8/93). They have a very strong brother/sister bond and relationship. They love each other but often fight and bicker with one another as most siblings do. Tiara is the older of the two. Throughout the moves they have had to make, Tiara has appeared to be the one to suffer most. Both children may be anxious and scared about moving into an adoptive home, but their foster mother will support them in making the transition into a permanent family. Terrance demonstrates strength in that he can develop attachments and learn to trust people easily. He is also well mannered, helpful, funny, and has a loving personality. Terrance enjoys school and gets good grades. Tiara appears to have had a more difficult time growing up. Although it may take Tiara longer to form attachments and learn to trust people, when she does it is for life and the real thing. Tiara is a sweet, pretty, and funny child. She has a great personality and enjoys helping others. Tiara struggles in school and needs extra help to complete assignments, but is improving. Terrance and Tiara will undoubtedly be a challenge, but will also be lots of fun. They know that they are “up for adoption.” They want a permanent place to call home.
