Her favorite place to travel would be Texas because it sounds like a good place to be. Tessa would like to be a singer or a dancer when she grows up because then she would be allowed to wear dresses. She loves to do nails and girly stuff and says the best thing about her is that she is girly. Tessa describes herself as pretty and as having long hair. She also says she is smart. Tessa likes the color blue, apple flavored bubble gum, cookie dough ice cream and soft Tacos. She says she like rock and rap music but doesn’t have a favorite song or musician. Tessa admires her social worker and the girl staff where she lives and admits she is afraid sometimes of boys as she thinks they like to bully. Tessa prefers the Baptist church. She says the thought of adoption makes her feel happy and she would like a family not too old with four older brothers and three younger sisters. Tessa wants her adoptive family to know that she wants: 1) her ears pierced 2) her hair dyed blond with red streaks 3) fake nails 4) some dresses, dangly earrings, black boots and a jacket to match. Tessa’s greatest need is to have stability with wise experienced parents, committed to this child’s optimal development and well-being. The lack of stability in her life has interfered with her mental and emotional development and her ability to attach.
