Theodore S. is a very shy bright-eyed child who is friendly and polite. Teddy as he is called by family and friends loves to help around the house. He is very good at entertaining himself but he prefers not to be left alone. He has a good appetite and he especially enjoys cold cereal like Cheerio's. He also loves pizza, and fried chicken. He does not like vegetables but he will eat them with encouragement. Teddy requires assistance in all his self-help areas, bathing, dressing, combing his hair and brushing his teeth. His current foster mom says that Teddy will play with other children but he has to be encouraged to do so. Sibling: Cody S.
