Tiesha is a quite young lady that enjoys interacting with her peers. She excels in leadership activities and has been described as a "girly girl". Tiesha loves singing at church and shopping for clothes and accessories. Tiesha tends to be more of a night person and sometimes requires some prompting to get up in the morning.

Tiesha seems to enjoy school, although currently she is functioning on a 2nd or 3rd grade level. She does receive private tutoring to assist her with reading and math. She enjoys participating in Student Council and would like to be a nurse or teacher some day.

Despite being a petite girl, Tiesha loves to eat. Some of her favorite foods are shrimp, pigs feet, chitterlings and vegetables. She generally likes to eat healthy and is learning to cook.

Tiesha's foster parents and teachers describe her as being a sweet girl. She can be clingy sometimes and likes to get what she wants. She has shown the ability to develop attachments to others and is very caring. It has been concerning that Tiesha seems to be drawn to men and needs close supervision when in the company of males.

The ideal family for Tiesha would be able to set strong boundaries and be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment. Although Tiesha has made great progress over the years, she continues to have psychological, social and educational needs that her family would have to be willing to ensure are addressed in therapy.
