She enjoys riding her bike and going to the park to play. She is developmentally delayed Tiffani wants to be adopted with her brother and she feels that he is her protector. She likes playing outside and attending church. Tiffani is working hard to overcome academic delays with additional assistance. She receives special services and assistance in school to help her overcome academic delays. With extra help she has made a lot of progress and marked improvements. Richard and Tiffani are siblings who are very attached to each other. They are both very sweet and energetic. When you look at these two, the first thing you will notice will be their bright smiles. Richard and Tiffani both say that they are ready to be adopted and that they want to stay together! Although they say they are ready they do feel guarded because they are bonded to their foster family. Therefore, their placement will need to be a slow, gradual process.
