Trevon is a super trooper. He keeps on moving, no matter what obstacles are placed in front of him. Trevon has had a whirl wind experience and is ready to settle down with a family he can trust and love. He will enjoy spending time sharing in family activities. Trevon would love to have a parent to dote on him and allow him to be in extra-curricular activities. Trevon would like to try sports and maybe even theater. He can be very creative and dramatic. Trevon likes to build things and work with his hands. He has a knack for taking things apart and putting them back together. Trevon needs help putting some things in his life back together again. He is working on grief and loss issues. Trevon needs a family who will teach him and share a lot of one on one time. He is very helpful and caring. It seems he is constantly looking for acceptance and approval. His new family will validate him and strengthen his self-confidence and boost his self esteem with lots of praise. Trevon likes to talk. He is learning to be more outgoing socially but is very friendly. Trevon has a memory like an elephant. He can remember the kindest things anyone has ever done and he will remember the mean things. Trevon is good at reminding you that you were mean to him. He won't give up until justice is served. Although Trevon is diligent in getting justice for the things under his control, there are many things that are out of his control and he receives assistance to help him with past issues and embrace the possibilities in his future. Trevon is an outstanding person who uses what he has to cope with life but he is just a child in need of guidance and understanding. His potential is great. Trevon works hard at school even though he struggles with a couple of subjects. He is excited about starting Advance Placement classes in his favorite subjects. Trevon loves to help out around the house. His Foster Mom says that Trevon is her "go to" person when she really needs something done. Trevon's family will be supportive and constantly encouraging. They will take pride in watching Trevon grow and thrive. They will be an advocate for him and allow him to visit or correspond with his sister who is already in a permanent placement.
