Photolisting Profile for Tyler

Tyler is a 12-year-old boy from Texas who is hoping to be adopted.

Tyler is a quiet, loving child. He enjoys riding his bicycle and watching cartoons, i.e. Sponge Bob. He is fascinated with maps and geography, and will gladly look for street signs, mile markers, etc. Tyler is described as being a very smart young boy. He has an especially close bond with his twin brother, Taylor despite their occasional conflicts. Tyler has recently been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, although he only displays mild symptoms. He has the ability to communicate and can carry on a conversation.

Tyler and Taylor are loving children who get along well with one another. They need a loving family who will provide structure. They need the security that a permanent family will provide them. They need to be kept together. Taylor and Tyler are identical twins, who share a special bond. They get along and play well together. They love video games, watching television and playing with trucks and cars. Both Tyler and Taylor have Autism Spectrum Disorder. The boys have some developmental delays but are eager to learn and complete schoolwork without complaining. They do well in school and make good grades. Transition to an adoptive home may take some time due to the change of routine being difficult for them. They will also like to remain in contact with their foster parents after adoption. The family who adopts Taylor and Tyler will need to give them structure, love, security, and patience. Visit us at the TARE Gallery.

An appropriate adoptive home for Tyler is one that would be willing to take both Tyler and his brother, Taylor. It would be a home that is well structured and who is loving, nurturing, and patient with the boys. The adoptive family must be willing to take their time getting to know the boys before expecting placement into the home, and willing to consider allowing continued contact with the foster parent.
