Tyrell says, “I want a family that is nice, caring, loving and will help me to be all that I can be and will support me and help me reach my goal of being a heart surgeon” Tyrell is always smiling despite his many losses in his life. He is very artistic and enjoys drawing and would like to have to opportunity to explore different types of art. He is wonderful with small children and is genuine and a good caregiver. Tyrell enjoys listening to music and being on “My Space”. He also enjoys drawing, reading and running. He has a good sense of humor once you get to know him and he begins to open up. Tyrell is helpful around the house and in particular prefers to vacuum over any other chores. He is polite and good-natured and enjoys spending time by himself. The Family services worker says, “I have watched Tyrell grow and mature into a wonderful young man. He has been through so much in his life and yet maintains a smile and an optimistic attitude about his future.” Tyrell would benefit from a loving, nurturing family environment that will encourage his strengths in art and will respect his private nature. Tyrell has had many losses in his life and needs a family that will work with him through some of the trauma and can meet him where he is at emotionally. Tyrell needs clear and consistent rules that he can help to create and/or negotiate.
