Victoria has a sweet personality and a giving heart. Though she is usually reserved at first, Victoria is open, friendly, and playful as she becomes better acquainted with people. Like many young girls, Victoria enjoys getting her hair and nails done. Though she likes helping around the house, she sometimes needs to be reminded to clean her room. Victoria can often be seen biking or rollerblading and, in warm weather, and she enjoys swimming. She is making strides academically and has found tutoring to be helpful. Victoria is a beautiful girl who will grow best in a loving, stable and permanent family.
