Not only does he perform well in basketball, but he is also an excellent student. He strives to go to college, but at such a young age has not yet decided what career path he will follow. He has a great sense of humor, yet he is still very shy and introverted. Wayne would be best placed with a family who will help him maintain communication with siblings, provide him with the encouragement he needs to further enhance and explore his natural talent for basketball, a family that will bring him out of his shell, and most importantly provide him with the security, love and consistency that he is looking for.
