Wayne easily becomes frustrated and will challenge rules and adults when redirected. He is learning to trust adults and manage his anger. Wayne is a bright child and does well in school when he is motivated. If a task is simple, he will complete it, but if it is challenging he does not like to put forth the effort to succeed.

Wayne, Ronshae, and Wayneisha are a fun and energetic sibling group. They like to do lots of things and go different places. They enjoy each other's company and are quite protective of one another. Wayne and his siblings need a family who will provide them with consistent rules, boundaries, and expectations. These children enjoy being active and will benefit from a family who can give them ample opportunities to participate in extra-curricular activities. They also need to be exposed to activities that will promote their self-esteems and social skills. Ongoing therapy is recommended as the children transition into their new home. Wayne, Ronshae, and Wayneisha have an older brother that they remain in contact with. It is hoped that their family will support this ongoing relationship.
