Wesley is a very energetic child with a wonderful imagination. He is very outgoing and enjoys going to the zoo, out to eat, amusement parks, and watching cartoons. Wesley has been doing well in school and takes a keen interest in the material he is learning. In his current placement, Wesley has been able to bond with other children and interacts well with them. He loves to play and gets along well with others. Wesley has difficulty staying focus at times but tries really hard. He sometimes has difficulty expressing himself. Visit me at the TARE Gallery.

Wesley needs a family that has knowledge of children with special needs. The family must be able to provide a nurturing environment for him to continue his development. Wesley also needs access to community resources and services. Wesley needs to be with a family that can provide him with stability and safety.
