He has a charming smile and he likes to be the center of attention. William at times tests authority and challenges limits. William is a bright child, but struggles in school and will need a family to support, encourage and motivate him to do his best and stay focused on his academics. William has the ability to accomplish any goal that he sets his mind to. William’s foster mother says, “William is a very smart child that can do anything he puts his mind to.” William’s counselor says, “William is a very friendly child and he has a beautiful personality.” William will do well in a two parent family that has a strong, positive male role model. He needs to be the only child or the youngest child. Ideal parents for William will be supportive of his therapeutic needs while he works on emotional and behavioral issues due to past experiences. William needs structure and consistency but also praise, understanding and unconditional love.
