William’s foster mother says, “William is a very smart child that can do anything he puts his mind to.” William’s counselor says, “William is a very friendly child and he has a beautiful personality.” William will do well in a two parent family that has a strong, positive male role model. He needs to be the only child or the youngest child. Ideal parents for William will be supportive of his therapeutic needs while he works on emotional and behavioral issues due to past experiences. William needs structure and consistency but also praise, understanding and unconditional love.
