Zachary is a 13-year-old boy from Tennessee who is hoping to be adopted.

Zachary says, “I want to be a race car driver”. Zachary is a very friendly and loving child. Zachary if friendly to everyone and does not know a stranger. He loves to play outside. He loves to run around. He does very well in school academically when the stays on task. Zachary’s Family Service Worker reports that Zachary can be a super sweet child when he wants to be. He does however tend to act out in times of frustration. As with his school work Zachary needs to sometimes be redirected at times to help him focus. Zachary needs a strong two parent family that will be very patient and understanding to his needs. He needs to have parents that will provide him with constant structure and guidance. He does not do well with other children and would function best in a family that does not have any children. Zachary’s family would need to be involved with mental health providers to ensure that his emotional/psychological needs are met.
