Zane is a 13-year-old boy from Alabama who is hoping to be adopted.

Zachary goes by the name Zane. He was born in September 1996 and will be in the 6th grade for the 2009-2010 school year. He recently was presented with an award at school for having good conduct for the year and for being in the advanced reading group. Zane is very proud of this accomplishment. When Zane is with his friends, he likes to skateboard, play video games, jump on the trampoline, and go swimming. Zane also enjoys watching the History channel. He is an inquisitive child and likes to ask questions about various subjects. One of Zane's best features is his smile. The foster parents say that his smile will make you smile, even if you're having a bad day Zane is the youngest of a sibling group of three. He has a brother and sister.
